Hi, I’m Wendy — Investor, Entrepreneur and Empire Builder.
My approach to investing has been shaped by more than 26 years working at the intersection of capital, operations and commercial strategy.
Much of that time was spent inside a large national FMCG business — partnering directly with brewery and logistics directors on some of Australia's most complex capital programs. I built business cases, assessed commercial viability across multiple scenarios, and led financial analysis on major capital investment decisions exceeding $200M in combined project value. I also led part of the finance workstream of a national SAP implementation, and facilitated value creation workshops that identified over $2M in annual operational savings.
Alongside my corporate career, I built a multi-million dollar portfolio of commercial and residential assets — including residential development and the ownership and management of purpose-built investment properties.
I later built and operated an e-commerce brand, bringing products to market end to end — from branding, product design, and digital marketing through to supplier sourcing, manufacturing, and commercial execution.
What ties all of this together is a consistent ability to see where value is created, where it leaks, and how to structure decisions that compound over time. That lens — sharpened across corporate, property and business — is what I bring to acquiring and growing businesses today through CT Capital Management, my private equity firm.
